Many thanks to the IpX employees. I have thoroughly enjoyed the CM2 training and have learnt a lot throughout, from the material, trainer experiences and other participants also. I couldn't recommend it for any business more so.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the fact that the virtual session was effective, easy to follow, with a high level of interactions between team members (even more that in classroom sessions), and 4 hours per day with the lunch in the middle was a perfect combination, easy to include in the professional organisation. I appreciate the new presentation and all changes in terms, as I had followed the previous courses in 2017. I have appreciated the working group and our trainer, very rich exchanges and fruitful collaboration. Very happy to have the capability to continue the certification path from IpX, I am convinced of its principles and of the important of process excellence as presented.

I’m happy to share that I’ve obtained a new certification: CM2 Comprehensive from Institute for Process Excellence! Really enjoyed interactive classes with attendees from top European public sector & defense companies like Leonardo, NATO & etc... facilitated by Guido Weischedel It was a nice refresher of core industrial engineering techniques I learnt a decade back. CM2 is specifically aimed at reducing enterprise psychic costs associated with developing world class products. CM2 is not a choice anymore, its a must I say!

I would like to express my thanks to Guido Weischedel, Thomas Schwartz and Carol Cotty for their support and training, that has helped me achieve my IpX CM2P (CM2 Professional) Certification. It was a great pleasure to work alongside like-minded individuals that are at the forefront of the Configuration Management. The conversations and debates we had were great learning points and I look forward to implementing CM2 in my organisation.

I thoroughly enjoyed and learned a lot from this live virtual course - it is very well thought out / structured and presented brilliantly by Guido who reinforced the course materials with lots of real-world examples. I also found it very valuable in the sense that as a class, further real-world examples from the various students participating were also added into the mix. I'd highly recommend this course to anyone in a CM function/role and I'm really looking forward to part 2 (CM2-02).

A few years ago I asked Ray Wozny from the Institute of Configuration Management if there was a shorter training for me, because I had 15 years of CM experience at the time. Surely I don’t need to go through the full length of training to get CM2 certified? He replied that there is no shortcut, as CM2 is quite different from traditional CM. At that time I thought that this was a statement to sell more training, but now that I have gone through the CM2 Basic training (CMII-01 ... -04), I have to say he was right. CM2 is a whole different dimension from traditional CM and I am happy to have gone through the training as it is.

For us at Atos as System Integrator, we use the best-in-class processes and products that fit a company's PLM business challenges and ambitions. CM2/IPE courses gave us a common understanding on how to do match CM activities with the usage of PLM systems. We apply many of the CM2/IPE principles as a 'single point of reflection' in our day-to-day consulting work with different type of customers in the discrete manufacturing industry.

CM2 helped me and my organization understand why it is important to be more in control. CM2 provides a set of principles which allows you to use what is necessary for your organization within the framework of Configuration Management. It has created awareness and changed the mindset of people who work with CM in my organization; reduced corrective action and increased benefits.

In our Configuration Management we were looking for a method that would help us to improve the efficency of our processes in order to accommodate changes faster and increase transparency for our colleagues. What we learned in the CM2 Courses regarding configuration and process management exactly was what we were looking for. Now our documentation is more clear, concise and valid - corrective action costs were reduced down to a minimum amount.
