CM2/IPX Courses Public (virtual)

This 2 day course gives an high-level introduction into the CM2-based Foundation for Operational Excellence. It is the first course of a series of CM2 courses with several certifications.

This course focuses on how to manage requirements and datasets and how to structure and visualize it using our unique CM2 Baseline technology.

This course addresses the fundamentals of speeding up the change process. Without it the CM2 Change Process desrcibed in Course CM2-04 will not be as fast and efficient as expected.

This course builds upon the principles developed in Courses CM2-01 ... -03 and focuses on the CM2 Change Process that is closed-loop and includes fast-track capabilities.

All facets of managing and optimizing the Digital Thread in operation and maintenance (O&M) lifecycle phases have been consolidated into this course. 

This course describes how to evaluate your organizational readiness for implementing CM2 or perhaps revieving a previous implementation effort. Those with minimal support must proceed slowly. Those with strong support can be more aggressive. A good plan is essential. 

This course is an extension of the CM2-C series and is focused on the remaining eleven core processes to expand and integrate the CM2 methodology into the other disciplines within the organization.

This course is focused on four key topics in which an organization must establish the proper skills and processes in order to facilitate that transformation.

This hands-on course focuses on shifting the paradigms that are most important and also the most challenging to those implementing CM2. Course participants will perform a variety of roles and, by the end of the third day, they will have performed all facets of the CM2 process.
