CM2 Comprehensive (CM2C) Certification Requirements:
- PREREQUISITE: None
- Course CM2-01: Foundation of Operational Excellence
- Course CM2-02: Requirements and CM2 Baselines
- Course CM2-03: Fundamentals of Change Management
- Course CM2-04: The CM2 Change Process
- Course CM2-05: The Complexities of Lifecycle Sustainment
- Course CM2-06: Enterprise CM2 Implementation
Attendees will get a "Certificate of Completion" after successful participation of each course and the "CM2C Certificate" plus CM2C Pin after Course CM2-06.
CM2 Professional (CM2P) Certification Requirements:
- PREREQUISITE: CM2C Certification
- Course CM2-07: Optimization of Core Business Processes
- Course CM2-08: Sustainable Organizational Transformation
- Course CM2-09: Application Workshops for Achieving Operational Excellence
Attendees will get a "Certificate of Completion" after successful participation of each course and the "CM2P Certificate" plus CM2P Pin after Course CM2-09.
