Sustainable Business Calibration and Digital Transformation
To achieve successful transformation in the landscape of tomorrow, businesses must invest in modern organizational change management principles in conjunction with reshaping legacy business processes and systems. Achieving sustained improvement requires the organization to address silo competency mind-sets, antiquated capabilities, and global workforce dynamics.
For a company to successfully transform, that transformation initiative has to be core to the business.
The Institute for Process Excellence has created a best practice approach called "True North Enterprise Calibration (TM)" to sustainable business and digital transfomation. It is based on the world-wide accepted CM2 standard for Configuration and Change Management.
