Peter A. Bilello - CIMdata
Peter Bilello, President & CEO of the strategic management consulting and research firm CIMdata — an internationally recognized authority on Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) — has more than 30 years of experience in the development of business-enabling information technology (IT) solutions for research, engineering, and manufacturing organizations worldwide.
He has participated in PLM analysis, selection, implementation, and training; CAD/CAM/CAE/CIM implementation and management; synchronous and lean manufacturing consulting; software engineering; and general data management strategy development and support. He has authored numerous papers and research reports on PLM and related topics, and his articles, commentaries, and perspectives have appeared in publications throughout the United States, Europe, and Asia.
Mr. Bilello holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science with a minor in Physics from the California State University, Fullerton, and a Master of Science in Engineering degree, in Manufacturing Systems Engineering, from The University of Michigan.

Laszlo Fülöp
Laszlo Fülöp has nearly 20 years of product development experience in the aerospace and healthcare industry. Since 2019 he has been acting as Management Consultant at Roche Diagnostics in the area of Configuration and Lifecycle Management.
Previously, he was Group Process Architect - Commercials, by Swiss International Airlines. As Configuration and a Quality Systems Manager at RUAG Space he introduced a new state of the art QMS and significantly improved Configuration Management processes.
Before that he acted as Technical Definition and Configuration Manager at Airbus Industries. At the beginning of his career, as Designer and Development Engineer by Airbus, he significantly contributed to the Development of the A380 Aircraft. He studied Aerospace Engineering at the University of Stuttgart.

Ezgi Kalaycıoğlu - SEMPRO
Ezgi was born in 1993 in Ankara, Turkey. Graduated in Electronics & Automation Engineering in 2015 from Université Paul Sabatier (Toulouse, France), she completed her master’s degree in Real-Time Systems Engineering in the same university.
After her graduation, she worked for Safran Ventilation Systems as an Intern for 6 months and as Power Electronics Engineer for 3 months.
Since February 2019, Ezgi is working for Sempro Consulting & Engineering as the Project Manager.

David Kraus - AIRBUS
David Kraus started his carrier at Airbus Helicopters in 2000. He had several transnational management positions in Configuration Management within engineering, production and support and service activities.
As Head of Technical Data- and Configuration Management he was accountable for the global Airbus Configuration Management process and operations. In 2007 CMII has been chosen as basis for the Airbus Helicopter Configuration Management standards.
Since 2019, David is leading the Aviation Safety and Quality directorate within Industry Site Donauwörth.
Over the course of his carrier David acquired senior expertise in product configuration along the product life cycle of vertical lift solutions.

Barış Kocabaşoğlu - FNSS Defense Systems
Born in 1978, Ankara, Turkey, Barış Kocabaşoğlu holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
He started his professional career as a Configuration Manager at Turkish Aerospace Industries (TAI). In the final 9 years of his 12 year journey in TAI, as the Chief of Configuration Management, he was responsible for all project Configuration Management issues including realization and continuous improvement of Configuration Management processes, procedures, and methods.
Since 2017 he has been working in FNSS Defense Systems as the Configuration Management Unit Manager.
As a CM2-Professional (first in Turkey), IPX Global Congress Member and Global Congress Operations Sub-Committee Chair he is actively involved in raising awareness about Configuration Management and the betterment of its processes.

Patrick Preto - umlaut
Patrick preto have 20 years’ experience in various industries including fireworks, military, helicopters, thermoplastics, aerospace, railway and automotive.
From manufacturing to engineering and program management, he discovered configuration management as a change leader in 2004 first and become a CM2 trainer and evangelist since 2011.
After a career from manufacturing engineer to operations director, he loves to connect people and values focusing more and more now on people and project performance.
Continuously developing different expertise, he is acting currently as senior consultant in digital transformation projects and as “business facilitator”.

Andreas Renker - allvisual
Andreas Renker was the Executive Vice President for research and development of a Swiss high-tech company prior to becoming CEO of allvisual ag (former Marenco Swissconsulting) in 2012.
Previously, as Senior Manager Marketing, he was responsible for the international sales and marketing of technical systems.
After completing his studies as a mechanical engineer, he gained valuable experience in product development as a project manager and as a development and compliance verification engineer.

Gustavo Santos - BOMBARDIER
Gustavo Santos has a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering.
From 2012 to 2016 he was Change and Configuration Manager for Airbus A350 XWB at SOGECLAIR aerospace.
Until 2018 he worked for Diehl Comfort Modules as team leader Configuration Management.
Since 2019 he is the head of Configuration Management in the product family Talent 3 at Bombardier Transportation. His mission is to deliver Configuration Management deliverables on time and cost and ensure customer satisfaction and process adherence.

Jan Sonder - Thales Netherlands
Jan Sonder (54) has a career of 30 years of Support and Improvements within Engineering and Manufacturing Industry (CAD/CAM/CAE/PDM/ERP):
- Delaval Stork,
- Mannesmann Demag,
- Siemens Oil and Gas.
Currently Configuration Manager at Thales Netherlands.

Guido Weischedel - IpX Europe
Guido Weischedel (Graduate Electronics Engineer) has written several articles and one book on configuration management. He is a well-known speaker on conferences and is CM2 Professional certified. He began teaching CM2 courses in the German language in 1998. His company ESM Software was renamed to GfKM in 1999. GfKM began offering public CM2 courses in most of Europe in 2004.
Based on more than 30 years of practical experience in Configuration Management and by providing CM2 trainings to hundreds of students he is the lead instructor and lead assessor of the European CM2 initiative. Guido has trained people from all types of industry in Configuration Management (CM2) around the globe in countries like Germany, UK, The Netherlands, Canada, Sweden, Thailand, South Korea, Spain, Italy, Finland, Norway, Etc.
In addition to trainings Guido has executed several process assessments in organizations to help them with process improvement initiatives. In 2018 the company name got changed from GfKM to IpX Europe - The Institute for Process Excellence.

Ray Wozny - IpX
Ray has over 25 years of experience in high technology firms with 19 years in various management positions and was directly involved in the implementation of three PDM/PLM Solutions.
He received CM2 certification in 1989 and joined IpX in 2003.
He was on the Association of Configuration and Data Management's founding Board of Governors.
Ray assumed the role of CEO of IpX on January 1, 2017. Ray has trained over 2,000 individuals on CM2 and is passionate about the new offerings that IpX is bringing to our customers.

Semiha Yaşar - SEMPRO
Semiha Yaşar graduated in 1983 from the Mechanical Engineering Department of the Middle East Technical University. While doing her graduate studies in the same department, she started to work as a Mechanical Design Engineer in Aselsan.
She completed her master studies in 1986.
In 1990, she started to work as an expert engineer in FNSS, Engineering and R & D department.
Then she continued as a chief and a manager in the same department. In August 2009, she was assigned Director of Development Programs at FNSS. As Director of Development Programs, she managed Mobile Flood Attack Bridge, Amphibious Armored Combat Construction Machinery, Air Defense Platform projects and Malaysia AV-8 Project Technical Management.
At the same time she found and managed the FNSS R&D Center. In February 2014, she was assigned as Product Engineering and R & D Director. In March 2015, she left FNSS and founded her own consulting company, SEMPRO.
